Viral Prompt Video: Frozen In Time

This is a fun one to make. Basically you want a character frozen, ideally in mid air or an awkward position, while the camera spins around it.

Here are the prompts:

Scene 1: The Café Barista Spill (4 Seconds)

  • First Frame Image Prompt: Hyper-detailed vertical photograph of a barista in a white apron slipping backwards on a city sidewalk, frozen completely mid-air. An iced latte cup, floating ice cubes, splashes of milk droplets, a croissant, and a black smartphone are suspended floating around the barista. High-speed frozen action, shallow depth of field, bright daylight street background, 8k resolution.
  • 4-Second Video Prompt: Low-angle shot of a barista frozen mid-air mid-fall on a city sidewalk surrounded by suspended iced coffee droplets, ice cubes, and a flying phone. The camera performs a rapid, smooth 180-degree semi-circle orbit around the barista while the entire scene remains completely frozen in time, ending in a wide view of the city street.

Scene 2: The Skateboard Kickflip Wipeout (4 Seconds)

  • First Frame Image Prompt: Hyper-detailed vertical action photograph of a skateboarder frozen upside-down mid-air over a concrete skatepark bowl. A wooden skateboard floats sideways next to them, a beanie cap flies off their head, and a spray of dust is frozen near the metal rail. Bright sunny afternoon lighting, sharp focus, dynamic low-angle perspective, 8k resolution.
  • 4-Second Video Prompt: Low-angle action camera shot of a skateboarder frozen upside-down in mid-air above a skate ramp with a floating skateboard and airborne beanie cap. The camera smoothly arcs upward and rotates 180 degrees around the frozen athlete, creating a bullet-time 3D depth effect while all subjects remain completely motionless.

Scene 3: The Kitchen Chef Chaos (4 Seconds)

  • First Frame Image Prompt: Hyper-detailed vertical photograph of a chef in a white uniform tripping backwards in a modern restaurant kitchen. Frozen mid-air around the chef are long spaghetti noodles, tomato sauce droplets, a flying metal fork, a tilting glass of red wine, and a white chef hat floating off their head. Warm indoor kitchen lighting, realistic depth of field, 8k resolution.
  • 4-Second Video Prompt: Close-up perspective starting on suspended red tomato sauce droplets in a kitchen, sweeping into a fast 180-degree camera rotation around a chef frozen mid-fall with floating spaghetti noodles and flying kitchen utensils held motionless in time.

Scene 4: The Supermarket Cart Tumble (4 Seconds)

  • First Frame Image Prompt: Hyper-detailed vertical photograph of a shopper losing balance on a runaway grocery shopping cart in a bright supermarket aisle. Cereal boxes, bright orange oranges, red apples, and a bottle of soda with frozen fizzy foam spray are suspended mid-air around the cart. Clean commercial lighting, crisp focus, high depth of field, 8k resolution.
  • 4-Second Video Prompt: Eye-level shot moving past suspended flying fruits and cereal boxes into a fast 180-degree camera sweep around a shopper frozen mid-tumble on a grocery cart inside a brightly lit store aisle, maintaining total static freeze frame across the scene.

Music Prompt

Upbeat high-energy synthwave track with punchy hybrid electronic drums, driving bassline, futuristic risers, stuttering synth glith effects, and dynamic sub-bass impacts every 4 seconds. Energetic, action-packed, and futuristic.

PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER

Finally, I uploaded the finished video and audio track into Capcut (or Canva) and made slight adjustments to the color to my liking. If you are trying to monetize with Facebook using the Content Monetization program, take note that your videos need to be at least 10 seconds long. A trick you can use is to adjust the speed of your video to 0.95, which adds half a second to a 10 seconds video, ensuring you comply with the requirements.
